Refund Policy

Doodlyo offers a Free plan (limited generations), a 25 Credit Pack ($9 USD one-time for 25 non-expiring generations with watermark-free exports), and a Pro plan ($19 USD monthly or $180 USD annually, with 100 visual story generations per 30-day quota period). This Refund Policy applies to paid Pro purchases through our website.

The Free plan does not require payment. No refunds apply because no charge is made. Free generations are subject to the limits shown in the app and on our pricing page.

If you purchase Pro for the first time and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial payment, provided you have used fewer than 10 generations during that billing period.

To request a refund, email support@panaisoft.in from the email address linked to your account with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your account email and payment date.

We aim to process approved refunds within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Pro subscriptions renew automatically according to the billing cycle selected at checkout: monthly at $19 USD or annually at $180 USD, until cancelled. The generation allowance resets every 30 days, including during an annual subscription.

Renewal payments are generally non-refundable once the new billing period has started and you have used more than 10 generations, except where required by applicable consumer protection law.

Refunds are typically not provided when:

• The 7-day window has passed since the payment in question
• You have substantially used paid features (more than 10 generations in that period)
• The request relates to dissatisfaction with AI output style rather than a service failure
• Your account was terminated for violating our Terms of Service
• Chargebacks are filed without contacting us first — please reach out so we can help

If a paid generation fails due to a technical error on our side (e.g. repeated API failures, charged usage without deliverable output), contact us within 14 days. We will investigate and, at our discretion, restore the generation credit or issue a partial refund for the affected usage.

You can schedule cancellation from Subscription & Plans in Settings. Pro access continues through the paid billing period and then reverts to Free; no further recurring charge is made.

You may delete your account or contact support at any time to discuss billing questions.

Payments are processed by DoDo Payments. If you see an unrecognized charge, contact us first at support@panaisoft.in before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve the issue quickly.

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes apply to purchases made after the updated "Last updated" date unless otherwise required by law.
